Fifteen Years of Workshop Experience
The senior watchmaker at Intan Masa trained in Geneva and spent close to a decade in a Kuala Lumpur workshop before opening here. The depth of that background shows in how complicated and unfamiliar calibres are approached — with familiarity rather than hesitation. A Methodical Approach to Every Movement
Each service follows a fixed sequence: intake photography, condition notes, diagnostics, quotation, agreement, disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, regulation, reassembly, and testing. Nothing is skipped to save time. The cleaning machine is used for every job. Lubricants are applied from fresh stock.

The workshop operates on a simple principle: we tell you what we find, we tell you what it will cost, and we ask before we proceed. If anything changes during the service, we contact you before continuing. You will not arrive for collection and find the work has exceeded the quote.

Prices That Reflect the Actual Work
Service prices at Intan Masa cover the labour, lubricants, and standard seals for each job. They do not include hidden follow-up charges or surcharges for common replacement parts. For complications requiring machining, a separate estimate is provided after inspection and before any such work is undertaken.

If a part cannot be sourced authentically and a substitute is considered, we explain the proposal and wait for your agreement. Nothing is fitted to your watch without discussion.
